Detroit Art City Bus Tour

Detroit may be known as the Motor City, but it is also internationally recognized for its vibrant art community. With towering murals adorning the side of our office buildings, sculpture gardens tucked away in distinct Detroit neighborhoods, graffiti art decorating Eastern Market, or an art museum with a collection valued at over 8.1 billion dollars, Detroit is a great place to be an artist--and an admirer of their work.

On this two-hour bus tour, we’ll see the majesty of the Guardian Building, scope out up-and-coming artists in The Belt, contemplate the meaning of Tyree Guyton's Heidelberg Project, discover the secrets of the Lincoln Street Art park, visit an artist house in Eastern Market, and learn the story of Mexicantown as told through murals.
